Paired opportunity Artea x The Parcelles
For Nova Scotia and Quebec artists
In collaboration with ARTEA, we invite Quebec artists to apply for a one-week art residency at The Parcelles, and Nova Scotia artists to apply for a one-day workshop opportunity!
Both artists will take part in a 6-hour creative workshop, exploring a new practice such as screen printing, block printing, or natural dyeing, led by Alissa Kloet (Keephouse) at her studio in Seaforth.

Eligibility Criteria and Desired Profile - Nova Scotia Artist (one day workshop)
Be a woman or anyone identifying as such
Be a professional artist or in the process of professionalization
Have an interest in screen printing, block printing, and/or natural dyeing techniques
Reside within a maximum of 30-35 km from the workshop location (Seaforth), including Halifax and surrounding areas.
Eligibility Criteria and Desired Profile - Quebec Artist (one week residency)
Be a woman or anyone identifying as such
Be a professional artist or in the process of professionalization
Have an interest in screen printing, block printing, and/or natural dyeing techniques
Be confident in English to follow the workshop and engage with other artists.
