50% of the total amount (including taxes) will be charged to your credit card when you book.
The balance will be charged to your credit card 15 days before your arrival date.
CHANGE POLICY
Any change must be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival date.
Should our prices change after you have booked your cabin, there will be no change to the total amount on your invoice.
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Refunds will not be given for price changes.
Refunds, if any, will be made within 5 business days of the cancellation.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A $500 security deposit will be held on your credit card within the 48 hours prior to your arrival.
RENTAL POLICY
The voltage of our off-the-grid cabin is slightly lower than a regular house. Power-intensive electronic device, such as hair dryer, hair straightener or blender, for example, CANNOT be used. You will shut down the entire power of the cabin. However, the cabin is well equipped: our appliances run on propane and some of our electronic devices, such as the grinder and the speaker, can be charged into the USB plug on the wall of the living room. Cell phones and computers can be charged normally. You will shut down the entire power of the cabin.
DO NOT put inflammable things on the top of the propane fridge.
You must be at least 18 years of age to rent a cottage at The Parcelles. An adult must be present at all times during the stay.
No pets are allowed on site.
Camping is not permitted. You are not permitted to set up a camper, tent-trailer, RV, or tent anywhere on the site.
The cabin maximum occupancy numbers must be respected at all times, otherwise penalty fees may be incurred.
The following are prohibited across the entire site: camping, trapping, hunting, shooting a rifle or shotgun, cutting down trees, fires outside the designated areas, fireworks and pyrotechnics, recreational vehicles.
Swimming and use of watercraft near the lake and the ocean are permitted, but please note that The Parcelles does not provide supervision. Therefore, we are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the activity.
The Parcelles is not responsible for lost or stolen objects.
All site users must respect the principle of LEAVE NO TRACE during their outings. The goal is to preserve the natural areas so that everyone can continue to enjoy them.

Return furniture to the right place
Used beds may be left unmade
The Bluetooth speaker + the usb wire must be left inside
Smoking is not permitted inside and is subject to a $500 penalty fee. No cigarette butts may be left on site.
All missing items will be billed to the renters. In the event of broken or defective equipment during your stay, you must notify us as soon as possible.
